Daddy and our girls back in AZ Well, we are back in Phoenix, AZ. The weather here right now is absolutely wonderful....85-90 in the middle of October!! Who could resist??
The underground mine Matt was working for didn't really have the same safety procedures as he had in mind (they are having accidents, etc. almost every 3 days!), therefore he left. So, yeah...we packed it up and moved back down here to the place we love....the valley of the sun!
Some....well, most, call us crazy, but we have faith that all will work out this time. Matt is lined up to go to UTI (the same school Jared went to in 1998) on November 17th, two days before his birthday. He is also getting set up with a job on the weekends, and I, Kristen, will probably get a part-time job during the day. The school has two class times, a morning and an evening one, and he is looking into the evening one, so one of us can stay at home with the girls. We might be moving into an apartment up near the school, which is about 75 miles from our current location.
The not so good part is that we won't be able to make it up to Thanksgiving this year. Big Bummer!
But we ARE looking forward to seeing my parents for Christmas, hopefully! They can escape the nasty cold snow weather and come to better climate for the holiday. (You can stay with us in the living room....or probably in Jared's spare bedroom, so you'll definitely have lodging!)
Anyways, just wanted to give some sort of an update on what we've been up to. More to come in the coming weeks and months!
