Matt is SO good at what he does, and is FiNaLlY getting recognition!
His Regional Manager wanted him to go to Colorado to setup a tower. (I, of course, do not know much about all the specifics of the tower!) It was atop a mountain near Climax, CO. While he was busy working--setting up the tower, climbing it, and freezing his fingers off, some of the other workers took some pics (LOL).
Matt designed, figured parts & cost lists, and setup this entire thing from the ground up.
We all call him the "golden child" for Freeport! ;-)
